You can become a member of Wakefield Parent Carer Forum if -
- You have a child/young person aged 0-25 years with any Special Educational Need and/or Disability (whether they have a diagnosis or not) and you must live in the Wakefield district,
Or
- If you are a professional working with children/young people with SEND in the Wakefield District and would like to become an associate member of Wakefield Parent Carer Forum.
