Reasonable adjustments are often those little changes which can be made to enable a child with SEND to access education just like their peers who do not have SEND. As a forum we are regularly asked about what a resonable adjustment might be and how to ask for them to be put in place to support their child.
We have put together the leaflet below which answers all of these questions and gives you examples of the type of reasonable adjustments which can be made. Please remember that not all reasonable adjustments will be needed by all children with SEND, they are based on the individual needs of each child.
We are happy for you to use our leaflet in meetings with your child's school to help consider what options will make the best impact for supporting your child's needs.
